Hello people, I’m Will a personal trainer and avid climber/outdoor lover from Mancheser UK.
I’ve been coaching people in the realm of health and fitness for over 12 years now. I’ve trained 100’s of people from serious athletes, kids and people with disabilities to your average joe who just wants to get healthier and fitter.
I started this newsletter because quite frankly, I f***ing hate instagram. I’m not a natural social media kind of guy. I want to share my thoughts in a place where people come specifically to read and be educated rather than entertained.
This newsletter aims to dive deeper into topics rather than give you the cliff notes. Short form content has it’s place but it just doesn’t give the full picture and as a result often omits important pieces of the puzzle.
My aim is to provide the full picture and be an alternative to the toxic way in which influencers spin health and fitness. I’m here to give open, honest advice that’ll get your brain firing and help you find your own way of doing health and fitness.
